
The Association serves at its member interests developing and presenting proposals to the governments of the Baltic region countries and Korea concerning priority trade, investments and other policy issues through publications, business luncheons, seminars, joint statements and conferences. They also serve as a mechanism for members to increase business networks and strengthen long-term partnerships with companies having similar activity portfolio. Association sets itself a goal to be an important forum facilitating business relations between the countries of the Baltic region and Korea. The association also aims to develop strategies to address bilateral and multilateral trade and investment issues having a high priority for the economies and successful business cooperation between the countries of Baltic region and Korea.
ASSOCIATION ACTIVITIES
Occasionally organized meetings with the Governments of the Baltic region countries and Korea as well as business Leaders: The association regularly organizes joint business meetings and events with presence of Korean and Baltic region countries government officials and/or business leaders to discuss new developments in economic cooperation, investment environment improvement and the promotion of investments.
Business Luncheons: The association regularly organizes business luncheons inviting government officials, the managers of leading businesses and highly reputable persons in the Baltic region countries and Korea. Business luncheons are structured to address at least one topic relevant to the business interests of association members and are followed by lunch to allow networking and successful cooperation.
Social events: Association serves to get Korea closer to the Baltic region and in return - to get Baltic region closer to Korea. One of the members' activities includes the organization of social events in order for all the association members to be able to build up strong partnerships and lead to successful investments, mutual cooperation and intercultural relationships. The association aims to promote Korean culture in the Baltic region and in return to present the cultural peculiarities of Baltic region countries to the community of Korea.
