
First Korean Restaurant is opened in Lithuania to introduce traditional Korean cuisine
The origin behind restaurant's name The name Sura (수라) translates into Korean as "King's meal/rice".
There are 4 different ways to call the rice in Korea:
Sura (수라) - rice for Kings;
Jimgi (진지) - rice for upper class;
Bap (밥) - rice for middle class;
Kini (끼니) - rice for lower class.
In Sura is believed in the importance of the finest ingredients and attention to detail when preparing the dishes, because all restaurant clients should feel like a King in the restaurant.
